Thank you for shopping at Green Chillies Fashion! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist you with any concerns regarding your order. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and claims.

1. Return Eligibility

Since each item is custom-made to order, returns are limited to cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or any requests that are outside the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at bprasad26@greenchillies.co.in within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide a brief description of the issue along with photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will assess your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or shows as “delivered” but has not arrived, please reach out to us as follows:

  • Lost in Transit: If an order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping provider to investigate the delay or issue a replacement.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if you still cannot locate the package.

 

4. Incorrect Address

If the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect, please contact us immediately. Green Chillies Fashion is not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect address may incur additional reshipping fees.

5. Return Shipping

Returns due to damaged or defective items will be shipped back at no cost to you. For other returns, shipping fees may apply, and these details will be provided on a case-by-case basis when you contact us.

6. Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved returns will either:

  • Result in a Replacement: We’ll send you a new item, free of charge.
  • Result in a Refund: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
