Hassle Free Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are handcrafted, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
These include:
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order products
- Personalized products
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order through our website.
Return Shipping
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Green Chillies Fashion will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking, as Green Chillies Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to process and post the refund.
