Shipping Information

At Green Chillies Fashion, we value your trust and strive to deliver every order safely, securely, and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

To ensure a reliable shipping experience, we partner with trusted courier companies including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Ecom Express. Every order is carefully packed to protect the quality of our handcrafted products during transit.

Order Processing

As many of our products are handmade and crafted to order, we require 3–4 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.

Orders are processed only on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking details, where available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro and Tier 1 cities: 3–4 business days
Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural locations: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping Across India on all orders.

At present, we deliver only within India. We are working towards expanding our services internationally in the future.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it whenever possible.

Order Cancellation

Because many of our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing bprasad26@greenchillies.co.in and including the order number.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, as production may already have started.

Any cancellation approved after this period will be solely at the discretion of Green Chillies Fashion. Where applicable, refunds may be issued as store credit or a voucher instead of the original payment method.

Cancellation requests are accepted only by email. Requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, or online chat cannot be processed.

Custom-Made & Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products are specially handcrafted according to your requirements.

These products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.

Customization charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

We encourage customers to carefully review all customization details before confirming their order.

Measurement Confirmation

For customized products requiring measurements, our team may contact you if we identify any missing information or potential discrepancies.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, production may proceed using the measurements originally provided by you. Green Chillies Fashion cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
