Shipping policy

We value your time and trust and strive to deliver every order in the best condition and within the promised timeframe. To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, we partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Ecom Express. Each order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to quality and safety, especially considering the handmade nature of our products.

Delivery timeline

As most of our products are handmade and made to order, please allow us 3–4 business days for crafting and processing before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary based on the destination. Orders to Metro and Tier 1 cities are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch, while deliveries to Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural areas may take 5–7 working days. We put great care into every handmade piece and strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping charges

We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders. At the moment, we do not ship internationally, but we are actively working towards expanding our delivery services to customers outside India in the near future.

Damaged or tampered packages

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it. You may contact our customer support team at +91-8698625334 or email us at bprasad26@greenchillies.co.in with your order number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery for you at the earliest.

Cancellation policy

At Green Chillies Fashion, every handmade product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since many of our products are made to order, we begin processing soon after an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances where the order requirements cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, any applicable refund or cancellation communication will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at bprasad26@greenchillies.co.in with the Order Number. As production for handmade items may begin immediately, cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

In exceptional cases, if a cancellation request beyond 24 hours is approved, it will be solely at the discretion of Green Chillies Fashion, and any refund issued may be provided in the form of a store credit or voucher code.

Custom-made products / orders

As our custom-made products are specially handcrafted to your requirements, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production. Please note that customization charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and no discounts are offered on customization costs. We request customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.

Order delays & measurement confirmation

As our products are handmade and made to order, occasional delays may occur during production to ensure the best quality. For customized orders, if our team finds any issue or variation in the measurements provided, we will contact you for confirmation. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be processed using the measurements originally submitted by you.
